Building Casa Guardobarranco

On February 2010 I’ve landed in Nicaragua with the purpose of investing in this country. Believing that it has a good potential for growth, and investigating it a bit I realized that the local property ownership laws and other crucial elements are such that allow an opportunity to invest in the local real estate market.

I’ve arrived to Rancho Santana, a high-class development on the coast of the Pacific Ocean, and fell in love with a lot located on a cliff with an amazing ocean view. I’ve decided to purchase it and build a house on top of it.

The building project is currently on it it’s way. I occasionally publish about the progress of the project as a personal log for myself and as a public overview of the process for other people who might enjoy to read about it or learn about the way such a project develops.
